On 10/9/09 I ordered 2 Bob Dylan tickets from this "business" for a 11/11/09 concert in D.C. I paid $25.00 for express delivery because my anniversary is on 10/12 and the tickets were a gift for my husband. On Monday, 10/12, I still didn't have the tickets so I called their 1-800 number and asked to cancel the order, but they refused. Basically, it's read the fine print - all sales are final, no matter what.incidentally, my anniversary came and went, Ticketdoor ran my credit card on 10/09 and I STILL have no tickets. AVOID THIS ONLINE consumer hater. They hate you, but love you $. Ticketdoo
