When credit card information was entered, error from click bank indicating error in reading. Re entered data assuming key stroke error and checking everything, error sent again. Quick to notice they had no error when withdrawing the money from account twice. No unlock code. After several weeks and many emails they refunded one of the two charges. (i don't believe there ever was an error only to make you think so. Creating a 2nd try and charging you for double entry) Now after 1 1/2 months of requesting refund for 2nd charge, no communication. Dozens of emails indicating i would like my money back.
Filed with attorney general but falls through cracks due to area of internet (no authority in this area) Someone needs to investigate this company. Some agency has oversite over this kind of problem and needs to inflict penalties to protect the consumer.
This is a deliberate act to extract money and not deliver the product. Fraud is a nice word in my opinion.
There is a serious need to hold everone in this group accountable. Jail time
