I odered a special order pony tail from Laceflair and provided a hair sample. I have blonde hair, the pony tail hair was light brown. When asked about her return terms on her website, she said I agreed to the closest match she could do and refused a return. That was false, we didnt talk on the phone. That was in May.
She failed to reply to my emails until I threartened to post my complaint on Facebook. On June 3rd she agreed to a refund if & when I returned the clip. My certifed receipt shows they received it on June 28.
Since then no refund, no reply to emails. They owe me $130.45. Buyer tread lightly.
