Their Online payment processing payment system continues to fail month after month, and no matter how many times you complain to customer service, they continue to pin the blame back on the customer. Their team of email online reps are rude and late in their responses, and they frequently do not even know what is going on, never the same person answering the same question twice. Their customer service is canned, and so poor, they do not deserve ANY bailout funding from the OBAMA Administration. James Dimon should be fired for his incompetence in running this poorly situated company with such poor customer satisfaction, especially with his big mouth and his big paycheck. He has a lot of nerve stealing our tax dollars for THIS garbage-type of service.
