Customer Service during hard difficult time (funeral)

During an emotional time when i had to race home for a funeral, jetblue was; not helpful. I managed to book a flight for after the funeral, and somehow the booking was incorrect. At 10:40am on Oct 13 I noticed this mistake and called and spoke with Ruby B. (07426). Not only did she yawn on the phone when i was explaining the situation, she asked if i wanted to speak to a supervisor and never put the a sup. The phone. She returned from hold to tell me her supervisor agreed they couldn't help me. I would have never expected this kind of treatment during this time and appalled at the service jetblue provides it's customers. I will have to rethink my american express card and bookings with jetblue going forward.
