Hello Someone need to investigate Quest because they are putting people in contracts, and not telling the customer that they are in the contracts for 2 years, for internet services, because if they would of told me, And that I was in a contract for 2 years, I wouldn’t have hook up the services with Quest. I still have the information on paper that I asked the agent, I came out in ask his was there a contract he said no contract and no fees. I go and turn off the internet from quest and they tell me that, I have to pay a fee of 200.00 dollars, to turn off internet services. Never was told I was in a contract for 2 years, and also the customer services reps said it would only be for 6 months services for the price that I was told, over the phone.
