I was first charged $14.95 by *mwi homeworks plus* I then called and told them I have no affiliation with this company and I wanted to talk to a manager right now I was then left on hold for what seemed about five minutes then a man got on the phone said he was the floor supervisor I told him I work for a law firm and if my money was not refunded I was going to file a suit against them he said I was entered in their database due to receiving a home depot card (WHICH I NEVER RECIEVED), I told him i have yet to recieve those and now I do not want them so I
keep the cards and refund my money asap (especially
since it overdrafted my account) he said it would be refunded in 5-7 business days and it was. I then log onto my account not even 5 days later and low and behold I was charged two seperate fees by *mwi connections* one for $12.95 and the other for $1.00 I have called the numbers on my statement being there are two different numbers for the two different charges and both are recordings somebody needs to get to the bottm of this before this gets EXTREMELY out of hand. -chelsie
