Uyers beware of this... So called... Company... Store!!! Omg... Talk about poor business relations and customer service... I never in my life! Experienced such mental trash talk/lies before!...
In short... I live on the big island and for reasons unknown to me its hard to find a mattress that (flips) on both sides! So when i seen their add in the yellow pages... I decided to use them...
Fs mattress-med firm-flipable... Told best one would be the pearl but it is oos... They tried to upsale me to a $519 one...! And was told it would take no less then 3 mths for the order to come in from china...
Well after about 1.5 mths i found a decent used matress sett for just $100. Turns out the day i called this company up to -cancel my order - rochelle yelled at me and said u cant cancel your order... No return... Policy... Etc... I said yes that is true but only if i had the mattress and had a chance to give you my bed bugs... But since i do not have the mattess and i cant give you my bedbugs... A refund should not be a problem. Then she said well i can give u a store credit... I said... No - it will be at least 5 yrs till i get a new mattress. Well i cant pay you right away it will be at least 10 days or so... I said thats fine no super rush just so u know to cancel the order and refund my money to my visa...
Well long story back and forth shortened... Ha ha
Order orig placed via phone was on may 15,10
Billed for mattress on may 19,10 ie before they even had the item in stock to ship out to me!
July 15,10 arpox 1130am called store-rochelle-said she was the only store manager... Ha i just found out today on this alsome feedback site she is also the owner with her husband mike!!??!! Wow...
After at least 4 emails for her to send me a confermation cancelation email... To then be told by a women named susan that rochelle is on vacation till aug 6,10 fri
And that she was told and said on order receipt that i would be paid only when the mattress sells! Omg... Give me a *&^& brake! The mattress can sell in 2-6 mths or even if sooner i wont know when it will until i get my money back??!!!...
She is lucky i dont live on oahu... I would visit her personally and ring her neck!!!...
So now that i know that they have a bad right up in... BBB... Here is what we all need to do...
Contact the ftc... Federal trade commission...
And... Hee hee...
Action line channel 3 news!!!
And any blogs... U go to... Besides craigs list, backpage any where u know of...
They owe me $489.22 american dollares and i want it all back!!! Asap!!!...
We all need to place action againist them or else they will continue to keep getting away with this!!! BBB doesnt do anything... So it is up to us...!...
