Lost photos and telephone numbers

I sent my phone off last month and it was gone over 2 weeks and will, the guy at the store gave me another phone, today i got my sims card back and everything was lost on it. I can, t belive that a person would send their cell phone off and it comes back with no numbers no photo, s on it. I am so upset i can, t belive that someone would erase all the numbers and photo, s just to fix a speaker that is just impossible unleast someone is just right down mean i am so hurt over the photo, s. The numbers was bad enough but the photo, s are irreplaceable
