On 7-29 i recieved my 07 chevy truck back after 2nd time, of them working on it the transmission, and not more than 6 hrs after getting it, a transmission hose came loose starting a fire and causing damage to the bottom of my truck, destroying the tranny, (have witnesses) we 3 ended up in er that night due to inhalation and mental issues due to not being able to repond to get out of the burning truck, the man named john works service, said it wasnt his fault a hose came loose, and if my vehicle caught fire that is wat i have insurance for, at which time i told him no thats wat i sue, u for, the following day i made a call to his boss or a man named mike and had them both on the phone at which time he lied as i figured he would anyway, but 3 people all together heard him over speaker say this, he left me stranded with no were to take my truck which was at that point left abandoned cuz, we were in over 100 degree temps, and were left there for 2 hrs while i tried to get help, when i called the rental co, they had been sending me to, to get my loaner cars, while they did the work initailly and for the second time, the loaner co, knows of this issue and came and got me off the side of the road, and i was only able to rent the car for 2 days at my expense, and now as of 8-11 i am still without a vehicle, and chevy the manufacture even knowing we are in the middle of no were, has done nothing but tell me i will wait my 10 days while they do their investigation into the issue, not no matter to the fact we needed a vehicle to see doctors, we also alerted them to the fact we have very sick infant in icu in ft worth, tx that without transpo we cant even get to, they calmly say we will let u know wat we are going to do in 10 business days, otherwise not my problem, if ur grandchild dies just weeks after she was life flighted after being born, or no matter if u loose your job, no matter, so what, this is unacceptable in either the dealership or the manufacture to do this to their customers, i will be seeking just compensation for all they have not done, as well has done in their shotty workmanship on my vehicle, one of the people ridding is still suffering a interaction from the fumes of that incident as well and has had to b taken 2 times now to the er, and can barely eat, or talk, this is insane that they even attempt this, i want action!!!
