Still waiting for a refund - Cuisinart Coffeemake

I ordered an item over a month ago and was not informed it was not in stock for several weeks. After several inquiries with no response, I finally get an email saying the item is expected "shortly". At that point I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. It took weeks to get an acknowledgement that the order was cancelled. A month later, I still do not have my refund. No one answers emails, no one responds to the inquiry form on their customer service web site, no one answers the phone. They have literally absconded with my money. Order dotcoms-545209
