Owner of Passport Motors Suzuki, Jeff Barsi, and sales reps., Robert and Pam knowingly sold a car that was in a wreck, not reported to authorities, had extreme undercarriage damage not seen by the eye unless up on rack. They knew my young daughter was going to be using this car for her own transportation. They may deny the knowledge of the wreck, but also were unwilling to make things right when I finally got them to return my calls (it took 6 days).
They sold me a defective car. If they did not check it out on trade in, that should not be my problem. They endangered the life of my daughter and her friends by not revealing the car's unsafe factors, like bent sub frame, motor sits sideways, spacers between bolts and frame that should not be there, loose bolts on lower control arm, etc.
They had no business selling an unsafe car to the mother of a 16 year old driver. They are not willing to accept any responsibility.
Someone needs to teach them a lesson on selling safe cars or face a law suit, which is what I intend to do
