On November, 16 Target.com had advertised two Britax Marathon carseats on sale. These carseats are normally priced at $279.99. One of the carseats (cowmooflage) was marked at a sale price for $59.99 & the other carseat (granite) was marked at a sale price for $42.99. Both of these were also advertised with free shipping making this deal even better.
I, as I'm sure many of other Moms around the country or world immediately started purchasing these carseats at such a great deal. After I placed my order with Target.com I immediately received an e-mail confirmation with an order number for my seat.
The following day I log onto an online parenting community that I am part of to find reports that their orders were being cancelled & that Target was not honoring these advertised prices.
This is horrible customer service to be projecting especially with the holiday season upon us!
