It was later learned that rita maggio sold the business from under the original owner and stole the money from the original owner mary a. Fernandez. It was later learned that rita maggio signed off the business to new owners who paid her some $160,000.00 for the business. The original owner mary a. Fernandez was due $60,000.00 and for a few months rita maggio remitted monthly payents then deceided... I am not paying mary fernandez the balance and walked away from her contract leaving this 80 year old women out of a business, and out of the rest of the money she was owed. What is galling to say the least is they had a legal and binding contract and promissory note. This low life, thief, manipulator, con artist stole the money from the original owner and drove over to her house and told her to her face that she was no longer going to make any payments,
