Searching online to buy patches for my uniform i look at OML Patches to shop. Seeing how Google puts them on top of my search result i don't question the website and start placing my order. After order was placed (june 1st 2010) it was payed for and was told by the site it takes a week to make. A week later a red bold text appears on the main page of the site saying they lost a family member and that there are back orders and everything will be rushed and shipped.
One month later (july 1st 2010) still no package but the site says my order is done and shipped. I begin to contact the site. The site had no phone number or any means to contact them other than a email. The site has a red bold text saying "there is an issue with the email communication form when you are in "my account" and view message. OML PATCHES DOES NOT RECEIVE NOTICE OF THE EMAILS! PLEASE FORWARD ANY QUESTIONS TO [email protected] OR [email protected]." so i use the email [email protected] and since today i have not received a reply. I found there Facebook page and left a wall post next to a other customer dealing with the same issue.
