I ordered a quantity of patches for a charity supporting Afghan Heroes (Help for Heroes) from Butler Custom patches over a month ago, (they offer their alleged service turn around in 8-12 days), invoice paid.
I received no customer service and concerned about what was happening I e-mailed the company, with no reply. Under further investigation I found various forums of complaints against the company. There were replies to various complaints from an alleged employee who asked anyone with order inquiries to e-mail him direct.
I did this and finally received a reply which instilled some confidence into the situation. We agreed upon the order to be re-processed and was told to expect a reply within the week. Two weeks later and still no response or reply. I have e-mailed for a refund.
I would advise that no-one uses this company as it appears to be a complete scam.
If anyone else has been treated this way by Butler Custom patches, Butler Sourcing and are considering any legal action, please include my support for this.
