THE JANITORIAL AGENCY, advertises that they will help you obtain janitorial leads to get contracts for your co. They charge a fee which i paid 7,400 dollars. But u must pass all classes that they have, with a score of at least 80% and you must fly down to lansing, mi to meet everybody at home office, which i did. Everybody was so nice. Got my certificate for completion of passing all required on line courses, with a framed certificate. Contract say's that they have 6months from recieving my certificate to get 24,000 dollars in business volume in gross contract revenue, well i'm don't have any revenue from them yet. Now they have stopped all communication and reffered me to their legal dept. I've called and left messages, only to recieve an e-mail asking me what is my complaint, which they know it's about my refund, because all communication has broke down with admin. Plus i have e-mailed owner Dan, Kerry several times with-out any responces back, i have to say when i flew to lansing, mich everybody was so nice, now that i'm asking about a refund which is in my contract i'm getting the run around. I just want my money refunded. This co. Makes alot of money, least that is what they say, so if that's real, what is the problem with refunding me, and why all the i'm the only one who's asking for a refund. So right now since i've inquired about a refund, i've been reffered to the legal dept. Plus no communication with the people who is supposed to give me leads for potential contracts in the office, but they are sitting on my money while i wait on their legal dept.
