I felt it was necessary since I think Qualityflooring accomplished something no one else seemed able to do.
As you know, it's been one of the worst storms through out the east coast. I had my installer scheduled and then found out that the company I originally ordered my flooring from couldn't deliver.
Someone how the customer service team at Qualityflooring managed to get a trucking company on the road and deliver my flooring when even Fedex couldn't deliver.
