I fell in love with Mannington Revolutions Plank Kingston Brazilian Cherry Samba Brown laminate. I live in NJ and the Mannington plant is 33 miles from my home but they don't ship to customers. Local sellers charged well over $5.19 sf plus the underlay plus tax and I had to pick it up at the store. Now 1108 sf is over 2000 pounds so not an option. I went online and found $3.69 without the underlay. But then I contacted Quarlityflooring4less and the miracle began. David was my rep and he worked closely with me to get me the best price for underlay and flooring to be shipped to my front door. He came in at $3.19 sf including the underlay. Admittedly it was a pallet sale and I was getting two pallets but the price was unbeatable. I expressed my concern about ordering from a company I couldn't touch but he gave me some assurance that I banked on, which is not easy for me to do since I'm a lawyer and untrusting by nature. The items arrived in a timely fashion but unlike some reviewers below, I didn't schedule my installers until the items arrived and had time to acclimate. I had spoken with Mannington's customer service and knew laminate had to acclimate for 7 days for best results and so I had plenty of time to set up installation with my contractor. Mannington also checked to ensure that the flooring came from an approved location, which it did, and thus, the warranty applied. The floor looks AMAZING! Not one board was broken, chipped, scratched, or damaged in shipment. Davis and Chrissy kept me informed from the moment I made a phone call to my placing the order to the minute it actually shipped. I was never in the dark wondering what was going on. We communicated via email since they are West Coast and I'm East Coast and also via phone. Response time to my inquiries was quick.in fact, when I wanted more flooring for another room I returned to Qualityflooring4less and ordered more, though not at as great a sf price since it was only 15 more boxes but David still came up with a great price. I have recommended them to friends and will use their services again in the very near future. I have more carpet to come up and floors to lay.
