My daughter got a highlight and a trim, she had very short hair and needed her bangs cut. She came home not happy with the trim and she wanted a full highlight, but the stylist told her she would only do a partial. The whole service cost her $98. Did not get a receipt or breakdown. I went over to the Kedron Village, PTC location and asked for a breakdown and the receipt, rude stylist told me the cost was $65 color, $14 Toner, $7 blow dry, $17 cut. I asked if the price had increased? I had my other daughters long hair highlighted and it was less than that with a cut. She told me that in the 2 years she worked that store the price was the same. I asked for the owners name and number and she asked if she could do something to fix it. It was 7pm and my daughter was leaving for College the next day, so no time to fix it. Called the owner never got a reply, some leave a message hang up service! For that kind of money I will take my kids to my Salon from now on! Thanks Mr. Griffin for not calling back and we will not be back to your place of business either!
