We had another of our phone zapped dead by tracfone citing calling from canada which we do not do. This the 5th phone they did this to even though we had a double for life card and 1,800, 50 mins on it. They did say to dial the area code each time and my wife assured me she always did. I told them AGAIN! You can see canada from here. They sent a phone but said NO double mins. Or any mins. At all! Phone cost/double card cost/and 1,800, 50 min cost! Is what they took from us which was our property. The woman said they would activate the phone with no mins / no double card so what is this called? My partner is disabled and travels 30 miles to the next biggest city somtimes i explained but it didnt help i guess so the next step is to contact the fcc and the attorney generals office in the hopes something can be done to recover our property. We just dont know where to turn to for help. The most disapointing thing is we like the fact that we control the mins. But that is of no matter to them! I really am wondering if other customers are reciving the same treatment. Steer clear if you know whats good for you. Soooooooooooooo sad in maine at the border.
