On jun e 30th at about 4:20 P.M. I was about to go get something to eat when i noticed my car was gone from my parking space, i called my car dealership and they informed me that i had owed 400 dollars because i was pasted due. So my girlfriend and i got dressed and went down the car lot. When we got there no one was at the cashier counter after 5 mins had gone by one of the cashier ladys had paged someone on the intercom that’s when ralph or frank one of the managers came to the office and asked us whats the problem…we had told him you guys took are car for no reason im current with my car payments i came in and changed my due dates to every month i showed him my receipt he made copies which they should have had copies in the 1st place…he then told us don’t worry about it he would take care of it he stated who did you talk to about changing your payments i stated olga and fred i came in and had it changed, fred agreed to the changes cause im a good customer and make my payments on time, he told us okay let me call olga and fred because there wasn’t no notes saying it was changed. Olga then arrived at 4:45 P.M. Telling us i told your guy friend about the payments when myself and my girlfriend are the only two females on the car no guy we told her about the arrangement aftervshe was yelling at us she then remembered the argreement we all had but it wasn’t enough for ralph whatever his name was so he contacted fred the main manager thats when baba came in and started getting smart with us he was the repo man and stated i don’t have a truck i just got in the car and drove off like i do all the other cars. While we sat outside waiting on fred to show up ralph or frank pulled us in the room and said you are behind two payments i told him that im not and they are unorganized he then apolyize for the mistake upon his company error because olga had stated no ralph they are right and frank called the cell phone and i spoke to him on the phone he stated he don’t remember saying that and to wait til he comes so he can see who iam i then gave the phone to olga he asked to speak to her when she got off the phone she then told us now he remember and that hes on his way he have to shower and come down. Around 5:23 P.M. Fred shows up, me and my girlfriend are sitting in the conference/sales room when he told us now he remember let him call san deigo so they can release the car and they was gone note are papers that we are due on the 18th of july. So while we waited for the call from san diego to call fred it was around 7:30 P.M. When he came in the office and told olga myself and my girlfriend sorry for the delay they are busy give them a moment while we are waitin they were dealing with another angry customer who car they had took and the same problem she was very upset as while us, so basically they were dealing with three angry customers so we still waited around 9:00 P.M. When they got done talking to the other customer ralph olga and fred came in the room were olga and i and my girlfriend was in olga was telling us how messed the company is and they have problems with customers all the time. Fredx told us okay so you pay 450 dollars for the repo fee and we stopped him like no why when its not my fault its shouldnt had been tooken in the first place and then he stated then you pay 400 for your two payments you are behind on and we didn’t understand why when he approved the changes he then started deny everything from him not remembering to being rude so we got loud back that’s when he called the police so they came and we explained and the officer stated not again these people are always have problems over the same thing… i mean they go thru employees like every friday i minute i talk to someone im good the next they get fired and everything is all bad and or the new person don’t know nething they get bad reviews on that company they are very rude and i have every paper work stated iam current and they shouldnt have tooken my car when we all agreed to the changes i just want justice and something done all of his employees are cracked out and live on the property were they work one of the machanics i knew told us that they dont get paid that good fred always leave the country when he knows hes at fault i read all the negative results on fred after i got the car i mean its alot going on up there from drug sales to them pocketing money i mean his collections lady olga she do all the notarizing... On his contract it states before they repo ur car they send you a letter and give you chance to pay or bring the car he didnt no either he handed me the repo letter in front of the police to me the police asked him what is this he state to get the car bvack its 4,450 the officer stated you just told her 450 the officer seen bhow he changed quickly and just advised me to take him to court even if i was late i would have paid it right then and there but i wasnt he completely played me... The cars are all lemons my breaks went out and they didnt wanna fix i had to damn near cry and tell them im going to report themn to the lemon law for them to fix it i mean this place is all scred up and shouldnt be in business anymore i mean and then he had to nerves to threatin me by telling me i dont nething about bomb, because i stated these car arent even the bomb for yo to try and sell and i guess he didnt understand i mean this guy is terrible. Hes been playing people for years what i dnt understand is he told me that if i dint pay my car off by nov 24th i would have to pay the interest but then he stated no you would have had to pay them anyway when we got into the argument theres aloit more to this shady business noone isnt taking the time to investigate and im going to do everything to bring this rip off dealership down..
