Three feathers tobacco co
Big bear paid for products did not receive, paid also. Got a track # from usps but po said they didn't get the package

I have found simular reports about this business on the internet, i hope somebody is doing something about them. I ordered 3 cartons of cigarettes from them on or about 6/16 paid for them incl. S&h $ 96.30. They asked for photo id and one more piece of id with address on it i faxed them the info (dumb move) then they said they received the info and started processing my order. Then they sent me an email with a usps tracking # which is: 01805213683146684750 when i put this number in on the tracking page of usps i got a message that said: we the post office was notified that my package was being sent to them, but it was never received by the P O i even got a order id: 110985. So i don't have the package, the post office doesn't have it, so i'm thinking that it was never sent. I have faxed them paper work, sent numerous emails, they send nitification that they got the emails, and will repond within 24 hours, but never do.
