Are letting a rapist guy live there and i heard that this rapist guy is going around raping girls in the laundryroom early in the morning and they aren't doing anything about it. I heard the managers are going around ripping people off of there money. This place is called the windmill apartments. I don't live there thank god for that but this is what i heard from the grapevine. I think this guy needs to bee stoped soon before it's to late and i also heard that this guy is doing illegal drugs.
