Call me on cell phone with voice captured saying if this tyann kirkwood say your name after the tone and i did thinking it was a pay day loans

They called my cell phone saying if this is tyann if it is after the beep say your name so i did i thought it was a payed loan that i fill out did not know this was a rip or scam so how do i stop them taking money out my account even though i gave permission but like i said thought it was payed loan that i filled out. They took out 8.42 3x they rip me off i would like my money back i am on disablity so they take away my money from my check
