I signed up for a payday loan once. Then I called my bank to see what my balance was and it was Negative. I asked what the $49.95 was for and they said it was from this company, Freedom Subscription. I never even heard of this company therefore, I never did authorize this company to withdraw $49.95. On the check was my SSN and all other personal info like address, phone number. I never had a pay day loan from this company. And the company I did have the payday loan from, did not charge me a $49.95 fee. I just had to pay them back what I borrowed and the $52 fee on my pay day which was not for two more weeks. Now I also got a $26 over withdrawl fee charged to my bank account for an overdraft because of this company. As I have read 31 fraud reports about this company. What do we need to do to legally get this fraud company caught and shut down as well as to pay us back our $49.95 and the overdraft fees they have caused me. What FREEDOM SUBSCRIPTION is doing is so wrong and they need to be stopped.
