I visited FYE on july 25 of the year to purchase a "michael jackson supreme selection" recording. I handed up Bestbuy, wal mart, and lots of additional shops simply to arrived at this specific shop. I had been astonished in the insufficient customer support and just how rude the workers were. I named the shop first to request when they might simply turn to discover when the product was within the shop plus they explained no!!! Then my mom named and requested them to put on it for some minutes plus they stated they'dnot maintain it actually for moments!!! When i really reached the shop, he'dnot let me utilize my momis card, despite the fact that he might've named the 1-800 number about the back of the card to obtain evidence that I had been a certified person. I work-in retail myself and clients are our number 1 concern but obviously not within this shop. I'dnot reccomend this shop to anybody.
