March 8th I paid $90.00 to SCBN within the telephone by bank card. $50.00 was suppose to become enrolment costs and $20.00 per software. I'm bipolar with adult INCLUDE and huge anxioty, therefore it seemed great in my experience they stated I'd have my medications in 14 days. Obviously, I'd to leap through hoops for these a*holes. It's today July 24th, nearly 4 weeks afterwards and my Dr.'s office stated they're expediting my medications through Brystol meyers and it'll charge me nothing outofpocket. I then contact SCBN to obtain a refund and that I am informed that I've to publish my conserns created using a notice within the email, e-mail or by fax after which they'll go over my notice and find out if it warrents a return. Bullshit, I'd like my damned money-back before I hit a gasket below. I've not worked for just two decades because of my psychological impairment and my mindset isn't great without my medications and somebody at SCBN can get my perspective below real quickly easily do not get my $90.00 back!!! Incidentally Wayne, the person I first talked to, QUIT messing ill people over! We requested for aid and also you robbed us. I really hope this affects your capability to rest during the night since some people cannot without our medications!!! So that as for that card you sent me to obtain my first month of medications at my drugstore... Exactly what a f*ing laugh!
