I was contacted by mailbox magazines saying i had won a diamond watch and an entry into their sweepstakes through publishers sweepstakes, i had to purchase 3 magazines and then got one free for one year. I was to recieve the watch in 6-8 weeks. They also said that this was nonrefundable and could not cancel.
Well, i made 3 payments, which is 3 months that i waited for the watch to come and it never did. They said u couldn't cancel this order. Well i couldn't cancel but i did stop payments going to this so called company. June 21st i recieved a bill stating that i owed them $430.56. Well if they pursue this i will hire a lawyer and sue this company for fraud and breech of contract, they defaulted!!! Not me!!! The more i think about it, i will sue them!
