U save cp u clip coupons "stole" money from my bank account

I do not know nor had I ever heard of "u clip coupons.com" until they somehow appeared on my bank statement. They somehow stole my bank account number then brasingly removed $23.96.
I am on a fixed income drawing very little monies from SSI Disability. I need every penny I make to pay my monthly bills. How can these people "STEAL" from so many others and appear to get away with it.
I did not in any way authorize these "slim balls" to take my money. I have no idea how they were able to secure my banking information to do such a thing. I hope that somehow RIP OFF REPORT is able to make these people pay.
I'm sure there are other people worse off then in my situation that this "scum" has ripped-off also. They need to pay for their CRIMES!!!
