I had cancelled my membership through postal as required on time. As membership can only be cancelled by sending a postal mail (website does not have options) I did not receive any confirmation. I stopped using the service on May 1 onwards as I moved from where I was living earlier. To my surprise my credit card was charged for May. On talking to representative I was told that they had not received the letter until may 4 and I will be charged for May and June also. I was asked for the proof that i had sent the letter on time them knowing that letter was sent through regular mail.
Representative was not at all helpful and talking to local fitness center also did not help and no one was even ready to listen to me. I am not sure whom else to complaint on this.
