Josh contacted me. He said he would get 6 months in advance payments from the driver, he would take over payments regardless and I would have GPS on the car. None of this happened. August he made 2 payments. He have had to call and threaten him monthly, he stopped making payments December. I am now over 3 months behind on payments, the registration has not been paid, there are parking tickets associated with the car, I have no paperwork or information on the driver. I have contacted huntington beach police where the tickets are coming from. Josh's number is disconnected and he will not return my emails. Please help.
