Prepurchased a ticket for travel to Boston Airport via 7-11. That worked great, very easy. Arrival at the station is when it rapidly went downhill. The bus was overbooked and I had no seat. Further the driver stated the bus would NOT have gone direct to the airport, but nearby and I'd have to have caught another bus. (fraud in advertising) Greyhound was kind enough to pay a cab for the handful of us to get to another bus line to make our connections and ASSURED us that all tickets would be transferable and accepted. My ticket was not accepted. I had to buy another set of tickets to make my flight. Since my trip I have called, emailed, wrote letters and follwed to the T the procedure to obtain a refund. I am now being told it was a 'non-refundable' ticket. According to their own web site a 7-Eleven ticket mentions NOTHING about it being non-refundable, the only ticket listed as non-refundable was the print at home tickets... They are still refusing to give a refund 6 months later. They HAVE offered a travel voucher, but I find it appalling how I've been treated and would never wish to use this bus line again. I'm still waiting to get a supervisor call back...
