I'm extremely frustrated with the service at AT&T, we have been with the company for years and recently moved to a new house and I have requested the service to be connected for over three weeks and I'm still waiting, what is more upseting is that they schedule service appointments and don't show up. I expect at least a courtesy call because I am using my time and I believe is valuable, I deserve to be respected as anyone else is. Second after the service person doesn't show up I call and they keep telling me that they don't see an order on file. I've been getting trasfer made complaints, spoke to managers and as of today I don't have the service. I go to school my husband works mainly from home and goes to school as well, we need the service at home, and AT&T is the only provider for the area. Please I need someone to help us with this issue!
