Beneficial, is a RIPOFF.in March i ask for a lower interest rate because i was in hardship. They agreed, and mailed me a letter stating if i pay my mortgage $534.00 in twelve executive month that the interest rate and the payment will be the same permanent. My mortgage amount was $856.00. After the twelve months were up, and i was paying my mortgage on time without skiping payment, they wrote me that payments are now $856.00. I could not doing anything about it. I know i am not in same boat i am sure other consumer had this same ripoff from Beneficial.
