I ordered a set of DVDs which I want to return, within the 90-days return policy they claim to abide by. They tell you to go to the site and did not find the return address they claim to provide.
When I clicked on Live chat, it asks me for a login information (name or email address) and password. However, the system does not allow me to establish an account! That is a loop that goes to the same site. When I did, there is no information given!
