Bus # 744 Driver No # 276, BUS #1154. Race African - American woman. I took this bus on May/27 from Wayne Williamx Pateron University. Driver was taking on the phone already when I got in. While driving she made anther telephones calls, and anserw a phone as well. She was for at list 45 min on the phone and at the same time was late with bus schedule about 25 min. Is a federal law, that a drvers Can't talk on the phone while driving!!!
When I asked a driver " Are you a loud to talk on the phone while driving?" She start coursing, yelling on me, is not f... Your buisness... Get a f... From my bus and much more" This is not acceptable!!! She assault me!!! A Employee hire by Coach USA! Will she still working for this company?!! Maybe someone finally take action to fire her for talking on the phone, while driving with passengers and give example for another drivers so someone take this problem really seriously that growing like epidemy between a BUs drivers working for COACH USA Her bad behaviour and high temper. I her also on the phone again that she called few different people and talking about me that she should HIT ME. However a Coach Company Really don't care about safety of passengers. I sugest for for company before a hire a people as driver send them for character/behaviour test! This is not first time when a driver working for Coach USA talk on the phone or talk to the passsengers and take a risk. This is dangerous and against a FEDERAL LAW. Mostly drivers working for Coach USA are African / American ans Spanish speaking people. Usaually talk on the phone. CAN someone take this seriously and finally do something??!!! Wants Comments! Another worse bus drivers # 702,744 (almost any driver) 712,175, 171 Negatives: taking on the phones, talking to the passengers (isn't a sign: DO NOT talk to driver while engine in motion", drinking coffee, (driver from bus #712 and # 171. Complaint to the company doesn;t helped! I sugest put this sign in SPANISH because doesn't look like anyone read or understnd English included DRIVERS! Drivers are the one who should get blame. I also this time sending different federal agency for investigation and taking action, because a company doesn't do anything to stop this!!!
