I am sitting here AMAZED at the telephone call I received from DBS EQUIPMENT and RODNEY D. Baker... Really amazed.
Mr. Baker contacted me and claims he was "amazed" to find his name on usacomplaints.com. The conversation led into his "appeal" to have us "REMOVE" the NEGFATIVE write up on him. When I asked " WHY ", he indicated that people are starting to READ IT, and because of the negative write ups, it is hurting his business.in his NEXT BREATH, he begged me to REMOVE the information, because he stated a client of his PULLED AWAY from him and it was a client that he had for quitec some time. Well OH WELL.
The conversation continued and he continued to BEG ME to remove the information on RIPOFF. I TOLD HIM, I could not, nor would not that because of his arrogance, his manipulative ways, his deceit, his stealing of a clients equipment and refusing to RETURNH IT to the rightful owner and his past three state ARREST RECORDS which is by the way... PUBLIC INFORMATION, he is going to REGRET his CRIMINAL BACKGROUND HISTORY of CRIME, and that it is STAYING THERE ON RIPOFF for the WORLD to see in hopes it drives him out of BUSINESS.
He continued to request that I remove the nhegative information. I will not.
I did TELL Mr. BAKER that I could AMMEND the REPORT by TELLING the TRUTH. He asked me..." HOW ". By you paying the person you stole the EQUIMENT from the value of the EQUIPMENT. I explained to him that once the EQUIPMENT was STATISFIED of the THEFT, that I would " WRITE A REPOPRT ON usacomplaints.com indicating the DEBT WAS SATISFIED. Mind you, this has been going on for " OVER " a YEAR, and he's REFUSED to COOPERATE. It is one EXCUSE after ANOTHER...
I alsoi notified him that there was NO LIABLE because his PREVIOUS ARRESTS RECORDS is a " MATTER OF PUBLIC INFORMATION and PUBLIC RECORD ". The TRUTH IS THE TRUTH and according to our NEW YORK ATTORNEY, as long a one can justify and prove the ALLEGATIONS by virtue of FACTS, there is no LIABLE. Jesus we have page after page after page after page of DOCUMENTS from THREE STATES to prove a CASE against him.
HOWEVER WILL PUT A " CASE CLOSED IN SATISFACTION ONCE HE RESOLVES THE PROBLEM. I do however beieve that " he won't use LOGIC to RESOLVE his OBLIGATIONS. And will merely continue to be RODNEY D. BAKER as usual. The party who he stole the equipmewnt from is hoping he hires an Attorney. The reason is... We will not have to SUE HIM IN COURTat our expense, but only COUNTER SUE HIM.
In addition, should he be foolish enough to HIRE AN ATTORNEY, the ATTORNEY he hires can be SERVED by the CLIENT he STOLE the EQUIPMENT from, and the Hillsborough COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY can SHOW UP AT TRIAL and SERVE RODNEY D. BAKER while he is in TRIAL, or through the SERVICE of HIS ATTORNEY's OFFICE. Mr. Baker is still hiding and refused to give us his NEW ADDRESS, but within 60 to 120 days, we will in fact find his NEW ADDRESS without a DOUBT... Then the County will get "INVOLVED ", TRUST ME!!
This will Simplify the LEGAL PROCEDURES TO FOLLOW.
My CLIENT is preparing to go to the Hillsborough DISTRICT ATTORNEY and present his case along with an avalanche of EVEDENCE and PRIOR CONVICTIONS DATA on Mr. Baker.
In all HONESTY, it is in Mr. Baker's BEST INTEREST he gives the money to me or to the client he stole the equipment from, and RESOLVE the pending CIVIL & CRIMINAL CHARGES that are going to be logged against him by the owner of the equipment. That will then be another series of FELONY CHARGES on his already LENGTHY ARREST RECORD. It would be beneficial to Mr. Baker that he SATISFIES this SERIOUS PROBLEM, and we would CLEAR this DEBT on usacomplaints.com for everyone to READ. His life could then continue on its MERRY WAY, It is highly Beneficial to RPODNEY D. BAKER that he RESOLVE this matter before is TOO LATE. Updates to follow!
