Rodney D. Baker seems to know the inside of the Judicial System with numerous appearances in three states for Grand Thefy, Forgery, VOP (Violation of Probation) Assaul, and the list goes on and on and on.
Rodney D. Baker is a Con Artist and THIEF. We have ARREST RECORDS in three States showing what a SNAKE he is. He is not to be trusted. Our INTENT is to bring him to the District Attorney, TRIED and hopefully CONVICTED, This vermon should not be allowed on the streets to continue his life style. He knows no other way of life but to manipulate, steal, conive, forge, hold property hostage, and numerous deceptive ways to steal from the good people around him. He is a THIEF through and through.
We know of other incidents he used his company, and deceitful, crooked, lieing ways to rip other companies off as well as people.
He lives to exploit people out of their money. We have three other victims he screwed over and was taken to TRIAL on. STAY AWAY FROM HIM and his COMPANY which goes under the name DIAMOND BACK SHOP Equipment, but shortened it to DBS EQUIPMENT which according to the Secretary of State Division of Corporations in Tallahassee, Florida is not registered as a legal Dba. Therefore, according to the State of Florida Division of Corporations, DBS EQUIPMENT is not an authorized registered dba or ficticious name authorized to do business as a dba or ficticious name in the State of Florida. He will be reported to the State of Florida Secretary of State Division of Corporations by this writer.
It was also discovered that CASH bails were posted to get him out of Jai. When we questioned a local Bondsman and ask why someone would post a CASH BAIL, their explanation was: He probably may have been a risk to the BAILBONDSMAN COMPANY due to previous Arrests and that he had NO EQUITY such as a HOME or VEHICLES they could seize if he failed to appear at TRIAL. The conclusion of the inquiry was he was a " RISK" becvause of priors, and or that he had no stability and may flee on any bond put up by a Bond Company, and no bond company would take the risk of losing the money a bond company would post.
We went to his former address at 2441 WHITMAN STREET, CLEARWATER, FLORIDA and he has vacated the RENTED HOMELlock - Stock & Barrel. The house was being re-painted by a Painting Contractor when we drove up.
HE IS ON THE RUN NOW... Trust me... We will find him... Then... His troubles will be just beginning... Because then the District Attorney will be getting involved.in addition of any Criminal charges there will be additional lawsuits against him on Theft. As well as Grand Theft. At that point, he won't give - we will take. His only way of getting out of this... IS TO SEND THE MONEY HE OWES TO OUR OFFICE.
