I entered into a contract for the supply and installation of home siding with this company on 05 May. They were ALWAYS available whenever I called. Under the Consumer Protection Act (Ontario), a consumer has a 10 day "cooling off period". On 10 May I informed them via FAX that I wanted to invoke this and cancel the contract. Under the law they have 15 DAYS to return the funds, ($6,000.00).
I have made SEVERAL attempts to contact them and resolve this. They are NOT returning calls nor have they returned the funds. On 02 Jun I have filed a formal with the Ministry of Consumer Services, (the government body who lays charges etc).
I would NOT recommend SIGNING or agreeing to ANY work with this company.
