I placed an order for two RC Amphibious Tanks with Water Cannons from Waysale. After placing my order, they sent me an e-mail saying I needed to pay $40.00 more for shipping. I reluctantly agreed and two weeks later I received my package. Unfortunately upon opening the package, they had sent me the wrong tanks.instead of RC Tanks with Water Cannons, they sent me two Airsoft RC Tanks that shot plastic yellow BB's. A hazard for my pets and kids and I didn't want the pool filled with yellow BB's. So e-mailed Waysale back explaining that they sent me the wrong items that I specifically ordered off their website. They in essence told me "too bad for you, deal with it. You ordered one thing, we sent you the wrong thing and we got your money so too bad for you. They refused to send me the correct items I ordered, they refused a refund, they refused me any help to fix the problem they created. They stole from me like a thief in the night. Beware this horrible company and its horrific customer service. They have no customer service to speak of. Avoid Waysale.com at all costs.
