On 2-11 I purchased a New Unlocked Motorola RAZR V3 AT&T T-Mobile Cell Phone from Waysale for $76.25. My credit card was billed on 2-12 for $76.38. Dont know why the $0.13 difference. Their website did not say that the Cell Phone would be coming from China and that there would be a waiting ...
