I ordered a Microsoft Office and Intuit software.in a couple of days, I received the key for Microsoft Office, but not for the Intuit. I sent two emails and they told me that they had to mail me a CD, but I had to add money for postage. I paid the additional money, but have yet to receive the CD.
I sent another email a month later, no response. I set up a chat conversation, which mysteriously stopped working. Tonight I inquired about my order (almost three months later) via chat. They asked me for my address and phone number and asked if I was American. They then told me to add more money. I told them no. I'm contacting my credit card company.
