I placed an order with waysale.com and received notification immediately that my order is processing. I paid for DHL shipping but once they said they shipped it out and gave me a tracking number I found out from DHL that the package had never even been picked up. This continued day after day with them giving me the run around about it being shipped out and DHL having no record of the tracking number. Customer support is online chat or through email. This company is fraudulent and the merchandise they say they shipped out is never shipped out. Rip off
