Installed lock I did not need, and badly installed. Locksmith asked me to pay him in cash, which I refused. Small claims court was of no use as the company does not have an office in SC. Company sent same technician out to fix faulty installation after telling me the tech had been fired after the original problem.in the end I had to get another company to correct the poor installation. I wasted $1,000 with this company
