I went into store #5055, last nite and the service was poor. I went inside to place my order on my way to work. I went in about 8:15pm on 6-2 had to stand behind an employee. The employee wasn't doing a thing but talking to an employee behind the counter. I was the only customer at the time. I had to wait at least 5 minutes before the took my order. At 8:21pm they finally took my order, after my order was taken i was told i had to wait 5 minutes before the food would be done. At 8:38pm i finally got my food that i had ordered. While i was there i witnessed 3 employee's in the lobby with there babies, no other adult around. Every time a car came through drive up, 1 of the 3 would go behind counter to take order's. My problem is when i got my food the fries was cold the burger was soggy as all get out and cold and i had to ask for my drink. Since there was 6 employee's in the store at the time why did it take over 5 minutes to get food, and why was it cold and soggy. This isnt the first time this has happen, but this time i have had enough. I feel that if employee's are working then why are there babies there in lobby with no other adult supervision. Why did i have to wait in line for 5 minutes plus while 2 of the employee's chit chated about what going on next weekend. Why did it take so long to get my food. And it be cold and soggy. There shbould be no reason for this to happen when 6 people in store and there kid's should be home with baby sitter or other adult supervision. I will not go back to that store, i have also metioned this to my fellow co workers who go there and most said they will not return either. Fix the problem or u will loose more than what has been lost already. I have been told that they (the manager's) of that store don't care about service as long as they have the money. Please respond with a explanation on what is going to be done to this store for there lack of service and caring of the customer's who pay there wages.
