This McDonald's has the worse service. I have been in this town for 14 months and have never got a smile or friendly service. To top it off, if the order is right, it is never warm. I have never got hot fries. Have mostly used the drive thru. I went inside the store 3x's. Service was slow. With one person ordering at the counter, i stood for 11 minutes before being acknowledged. The drive thru wait is always extremely long even if there are no more customers. The straw that broke the camels back was when i placed a $40 order with 10 fries and the first 4 were cold. I got out of the car (we "pulled up to wait for our order"- the norm) went inside and told them i just spent $40 on food and wanted hot fries and they asked me to bring the missing pack of fries in, that my granddaughter had poored into her bucket (which was not the new one on the menu, we ordered the halloween monster high kids meal and got angry birds after we got bags and asked for a bucket!) and i told her they were in the car like cold cardboard. She demanded them back and i told her to just give me a refund. I was tired of the poor service that they provide if that is what they want to call it! Will never return to McD's in Franklin, VA again!!
