I am sick of the cold food from this Burger King. We moved near Stringtown Road in Grove City, OH after selling our house last year and lately we've been getting Burger King for lunch a few times per week for at least a few weeks now. Every single time we order our food is cold. Not just the burgers but the fries and onion rings. Today dad had to go into the store since nobody would ask for his order on the drive-thru intercom. He waited 10 minutes at that damn intercom and nobody noticed. So he pulled around, parked and went into the store, told them he had been waiting 10 minutes at the intercom and nobody cared. So he ordered our food and requested my whopper without tomato be made fresh. Supposedly they did, he paid, drove all of 3 minutes home and I get my food and it's cold, both the onion rings and the burger. I'm sick of this! If Wendy's wasn't on the wrong side of the street on this busy street (Stringtown Rd) we'd get Wendy's instead of BK. Well I think we may just do that anyway. As much as I love BK whoppers I just can't stand cold food. BK you just lost a customer.
