They failed to fix the problem with the car. I brought the car back for them to fix it on the 15th and they didnt have any machanics avalible on the weekends and the owner told me to write everything that was wrong with the car down and bring it back on a weekday. Therefore i brought the car back a second day which was on the 17th with the list and he told me that it was nonsence all the problems in which was wrong with the car. They so called fixed the motor mount on the front and the back. They fixed the rubber around the door. They checked the breaks and the linement with the car in which wasnt correctly fox cause the wheel kept going to the right or to the left as we speech now they still havent fixed it right. They took and cut the roto down instead of giving me a new one and that what was making all the noise from the beginnig and now the noise is worst than ever. I asked them to check the engine and the transmission and they said that they didnt hear any noises and they took it to another place for the specialize for the transmission. When ever i would bring the car back in they would pacify and just patch up the small things so my time will run out and i would have to pay for the car to get fix. I have been going back and forward with this car from the get go and i went on the 19th and 26th and they still not doing any justice on fixing my car the right way. I am willing to pay for the car but not if they arent going to fix it the right way and it hasnt even been 3 weeks and i have been back and forward to the dealership 3 to 4 times. I need transportation that is why i gave them my service but i wouldnt recommend this service to anyone with all these problems i am having. I also had to trade in my cxar for the vehicle in which i have now. So i would like if they cant do there job for me to get my van back even tho it isnt worth nothing Thank you for hearing my complaint.
