Attention car buyers!
Patriot Chrysler has ripped myself and my husband off! We paid thousands of dollars more than the kelly blue book quote for a 1998 Dodge neon, and the car had problems from the day we drove it off the lot. We brought it back the very next day and they gave us the run around they did not want to fix anything!
They were very rude to us but agreed to look at it, to get us off their backs. We left it there for 2 days so they could look at it and fix the problems we saw (leaking water in the back seat, bald tires and rattling in the front end.) When we picked it up they said nothing was wrong with the car and, "that's the way it runs."
Well, we knew better than that, so we brought it to another dealership where we got a list of things that needed to be fixed. We brought the paper from the other dealership to them and said fix it, they fixed one problem and gave us the run around for the rest of the problems finally, fustrated we brought it back to the 2nd dealer and paid to get it fixed (Aprox$989.00). So we paid extra for a extended warrenty, we're not using.
